Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install repo-structure-snapshot

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent walks the repository tree once and stores the result as a normalised snapshot in code/index.json. The following steps (token extraction, rewrite plan, edits) work from this snapshot until the next explicit import. You get a stable working base for a code migration.
