In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install resume-pr-implementation-loop

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent claims the PR and resumes in an isolated worktree at the first unfinished plan step, keeping a commit and a checkpoint per step. It runs the full gate at completion, keeps spec-only design PRs design-only and sends implementation to its own PR. You get a complete PR ready for review.
