In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install revenue-kpi-tree

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent decides which KPIs matter at each level, links them in a tree whose maths reconcile, assigns an owner to each branch and pairs each owned number with a counter-metric. It accounts for stage and business model. You get a causal model, with no dashboard and no written report.
