Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install reverse-engineer-shipped-app

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent connects to REA only when needed, routes the target first and reads only the guide that applies. It works summary-first, plans broader investigations, and finishes with an evidence-backed answer. For ordinary analysis of a source repository, it does not use REA.
