Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install review-change-defects

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent first understands the trigger and the expected result, then checks the relevant review dimensions: changed behavior, callers, error paths, docs. It validates each suspected defect with a concrete trigger. It stays read-only unless you also ask for fixes.
