Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install rfc-proposal-drafting

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the repository's RFC rules and template, picks the next free number, creates the folder and fills in each section per the guidance. It then checks the structure before handing the text back to you.
