Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install role-hierarchy-bulk-realign

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the current hierarchy, parses the org chart you provide and resolves names that do not match exactly. It diffs both, builds the manifest of creates, renames and reparenting, then submits it after a preview. You get a hierarchy aligned with your org chart.
