Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install routing-savings-counterfactual

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent takes the tokens of tracked sessions and computes what each session would have cost on a single model: always Haiku, always Sonnet or always Opus. A positive saving quantifies the router's gain; a negative one shows it escalates too often.
