Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install run-hands-on-workshop

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs the workshop scripts to create one private Den and 1 to 99 Daytona desktops, then hands each participant a link. It confirms the size and cost, fixes a stuck seat and stops everything at the end.
