Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install run-yaml-test-plan

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads and validates the plan, runs the setup commands and health checks, then runs each test in order. At the first failure it stops and produces a detailed debug prompt. You get the test result and what you need to fix it.
