Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install runway-offline-ci-gate

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent maps the pipeline's trust boundaries, builds an offline gate (schemas, task states, storage), pins the SDK and isolates the live canary. You get a CI setup that does not spend credits on every commit.
