Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install runway-video-generation-editing

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent picks between generation (Gen4.5) and rewriting existing footage (Aleph 2), then writes the prompt for that mode, naming what should change. In editing, the original motion and sound are kept. You get a generated shot or retouched footage.
