Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install safe-credentials-verification

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

As soon as a skill that needs an API key looks relevant, the agent checks that the key is present in the .env file, without printing its value. If it is missing, the agent guides the user to add it through a safe template. Other skills that use credentials follow the same protocol.
