In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install salesforce-experience-site-provisioning

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent picks the API for the portal type (employee self-service, PRM partner portal or general community), creates the site, then activates it, adds members and publishes it. Every operation goes through the MCP server, not the Salesforce CLI.
