Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install salesforce-well-architected-review

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent analyzes the project in read-only mode, delegates the observable checks to the plugin's analysis skills, then grades each pillar. It also lists governance points a local repository cannot reveal. You get a health report backed by precise files.
