In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install same-outlet-journalist-pickerWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent checks each candidate at the same outlet for fit, then ranks them on signals that separate colleagues: topic ownership, format, staff status, cadence and recent story types. It returns only one first pick, to avoid spraying the newsroom. You get one choice and a fallback order.
