Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install sample-app-portfolio-strategy

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent builds a register of existing samples, proposes portfolio shapes such as quickstarts, reference apps and deploy templates, and triages each repository. It also writes the freshness contract and the archive rules. You get an approved strategy and an up-to-date register.
