Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install save-founder-situation-first-move

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

Internal where-to-start step: the agent saves the founder's answers, the named constraint, the recommendation and its agreement to the brand's situation file. Later visits and other playbooks won't ask the same questions again. With no real brand, nothing is saved and the agent says so.
