Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install scenario-video-generation

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent picks the video tool for the job (generation, editing an existing clip, lip sync or 4K upscaling), then respects the duration limits, since cost follows clip length. It separates dubbing from lip sync. You get a generated or edited clip ready for editing.
