In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install schema-migration-planning

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent identifies what changes, finds the affected code, maps dependencies, then writes the plan with a checklist, the step sequence, a rollback for each step and checks. You get an executable migration plan.
