Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install scope-lock-contract-mode

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent converts the blueprint into explicit commitments, separates in-scope from out-of-scope items, locks the stack and sets the done criteria. Nothing is built without confirmation, and any scope change requires a contract revision. You get a clear contract to validate.
