Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install scraping-api-latency-tuning

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent measures the full path, from submission to downstream recording, then adjusts scope, formats, cache freshness, async mode or pagination. It changes one control at a time to preserve freshness and completeness. You get before-and-after measurements and a documented decision.
