Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install sdk-package-publishing-plan

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sets a publishing plan per registry, the automated release pipeline with OIDC and provenance, and the credential ladder. It also writes the rollback runbook and protects private packages against dependency confusion. You get the plan and the matching client configuration.
