Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install search-quality-diagnosis-qdrant

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent first sets two references: a labelled query set for relevance, and exact search to check the approximate index. It then helps you find whether the problem lies in the model, the approximate search or the pipeline, and whether a gain is statistically significant.
