Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install second-opinion-codex-review

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs codex review after a substantive change for a second opinion, or codex exec for a well-defined task, only when you ask for it. It checks what Codex reports before accepting it and watches for stalled runs.
