Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install secure-env-variable-handling

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent works with variables through Varlock: it reads the schema rather than the values, validates the configuration and avoids repeating secrets in logs or diffs. You get a verified configuration with no leak into the session.
