Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install semantic-agent-memory

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent saves its worklogs, decisions and research to a self-hosted memory, then queries it by meaning rather than keyword. Embeddings are generated locally with multilingual-e5-base, and the core flow needs no external API key.
