Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install sentry-first-error-capture

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent checks that the SDK is active, sends a test message and then a test exception, and adds user context, tags and breadcrumbs. You then check each event in the Sentry dashboard. Node.js and Python are both covered.
