Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install server-function-middleware

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent creates middleware with createMiddleware, attaches it to server functions, passes context with next and sendContext, then declares it globally in src/start.ts. It respects the required method order. You get a typed middleware chain, whose access control must still be re-checked on the server.
