Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install service-health-triage

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent works down a signal hierarchy: SLOs and alerts, then throughput, latency and error signals, then dependencies and saturation, and finally logs. It stops once the evidence supports a verdict. You get a reasoned verdict on the service's state.
