Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install session-handoff-artifact

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

When context fills up or before switching tasks, the agent writes a note that carries the working state: goal, decisions and reasons, changed files, open loops and the next action. A fresh session can then resume without rereading the whole history.
