Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install session-handoff-note

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

When the context fills up or you switch tasks, the agent takes stock of the real state of the work and writes a handoff note. You get a file the next session can read to resume without losing anything.
