Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install session-token-usage-dashboard

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The skill runs the session statistics script and shows the full dashboard in the reply: tokens, costs, TLDR savings, hook activity and the model used. You get a numeric session summary to compare TLDR's effect before and after.
