Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install set-up-symphony-orchestrator

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs the preflight checks first, such as codex, mise, gh and the Linear key, and stops if one is missing. It detects the repo and Linear project details, creates the workflow states it needs, then patches the WORKFLOW.md frontmatter.
