Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install shadcn-vue-cli-components

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs the useful shadcn-vue commands (init, add, diff, migrate and others) and writes the components.json that fits your project. You get components copied into your code, with the exact flags and configuration keys of version 2.8.2.
