Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install shared-agent-blackboard

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs three rounds (parallel fan-out, cross-critique, synthesis): each sub-agent writes its findings to the run space, then later rounds read them through MCP tools. You get real deliberation rather than a synthesis done by the orchestrator.
