Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install shared-repo-harness-setup

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent detects what already exists without overwriting it, seeds the two base files and prepares the other surfaces for their first use. It can check for drift when re-run. You get a repository where every contributor inherits the same conventions.
