Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install shepherd-one-pull-request

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

For one explicitly named merge request, the skill tracks its review state and checks on each pass. It fixes useful in-scope comments, then applies separate gates for replies, approval, merge and soak period. A green PR does not count as authorisation.
