Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install signing-api-performance-tuning

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent measures latency and throughput on a synthetic document flow, then changes one setting at a time: templates, caching, concurrency or background jobs. It compares each result with the baseline. You get a measured change and a rollback decision if signing or access regresses.
