Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install six-step-project-lifecycle

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent moves the project forward in order: vision, context, blueprint, contract, build, then refinement. It checks the transition conditions at each step and blocks any work that skips a validation. You get a clear view of the current step and the next allowed action.
