Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install skill-creation-and-evaluation

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent gathers your intent, drafts the SKILL.md, prepares realistic test cases and evaluates the results. It then refines the description so the skill triggers at the right moments. You get a tested skill and an adjusted description.
