Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install skill-evaluation-spec-eval

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent shows the evaluation belongs to the target, writes the eval.yaml skeleton, sizes the number of cases and drafts the stimuli, graders and rubric items. You get a valid spec, with its fixtures and a check against overfitting.
