Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install skill-portfolio-harmonization

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent treats the repository and the relevant user skills as one portfolio. It builds the inventory, records verified defects, separates judgment calls from deliberate relationships, then writes a report or a plan according to the authority it is given.
