Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install slack-app-provider-setup

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent walks through the systems that must line up: the Slack workspace, the Slack app and its tokens, the Intelligence project, the channel and the adapter. It follows ordered phases and checks that a Slack mention gets a reply.
