Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install slack-channel-agent-setup

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs the CopilotKit onboarding command and follows the graph it prints, instead of relying on remembered steps. It covers creating the managed channel, running the long-lived host and checking that a real mention gets a reply.
