In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install source-code-structural-index

The agent builds a content-addressed index from a pinned or live snapshot, picks a backend per code partition and writes a manifest. It offers functions such as finding a symbol's callers or a function's boundaries, with grep as fallback. You get an index reusable by research stages.
