Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install spec-first-feature-workflow

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent decides whether a feature needs specs, writes PRODUCT.md first and TECH.md when warranted. It implements against the approved specs, updates them as the work evolves and checks the final behavior. You get specs kept in source control and aligned with the code.
