Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install spec-to-merge-delivery

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent carries the work from spec to merge through the task-to-PR flow, with every check. Merging is allowed only if you explicitly authorize it for that work; otherwise the PR stays open. Deployment and release publication need separate authority.
