Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install specdd-adopt-project

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

If the repository has no .specdd/bootstrap.md and you ask for it, the agent initializes SpecDD with the specdd CLI. If the framework already exists, it only makes the updates you request. The rest of the specification work goes through the spec authoring skill.
