Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install speech-api-ci-contract-tests

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent designs a CI that tests REST, Streaming v3, webhooks, the gateway and lifecycle offline, without real audio or spend. A live test stays isolated behind an explicit approval. You get a CI configuration and a list of failure cases.
